I am going to lose weight using this, I work in IT (desk Job) and have a dog I walk every day and play 5 aside football, nintendo Wii, I just eat and drink too much hopefully this will make me be more sensible, would love to find a mentor in here.
I have also just bought a trainer for my bike as not finding the time to hit the road can now do this from home.

Its a new healthy outlook I want to keep.
I explained to GF my lost weight but felt annoyed she didnt care so maybe this is a personal thing for me and for me to be happy.
Checked the scales this morning and its looking good although do not want to enter a weight until I weigh at the same time of day as when I first weighed myself.
Diet is going good and getting into a real routine at work and sticking to certain times to eat.
I am working hard on weekend at my GF helping in the garden lots to clear for her to sell house.
On Monday will get back on the bike trainer using interval training and possibly some jogging when walking the dog, not wanting to over do it though !
